New-build luxury, specified from scratch
Southdowns homes tend to arrive with the same challenge as Raslouw's newer builds, just at a larger scale: architecturally designed glazing, double-volume entrance halls, and open-plan wings that were clearly planned around the view rather than around what an off-the-shelf blind could cover. Every window here usually needs to be measured and specified individually — there isn't a "standard size" to fall back on.
Because most homes are recently built or still being finished, we're often able to measure and quote before the family has fully moved in, and to schedule fitting around your handover date rather than working around furniture that's already in the room.

- Motorised blinds & automation — for double-volume glazing and multi-blind living walls.
- Blockout & sunscreen roller blinds — bedrooms and living areas on the same order, specified room by room.
